Magnetek, Inc. Launches New BrakeMD Comprehensive Brake Repair and Recertification Programs
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - February 24, 2010 - Magnetek, Inc., (NYSE: MAG) a leading designer and manufacturer of power control and delivery systems for the overhead material handling industry, today announced the launch of its new brake repair and recertification program, BrakeMD™.
This brake repair program covers the Company’s entire line of Mondel brakes. Customers will receive a repair quote upfront by phone, and repair work is completed at the Company’s facilities located in Menomonee Falls, Wis., or Mississauga, Ontario.
The BrakeMD support team will completely disassemble the brake and inspect all parts for wear and damage. All worn or damaged parts will be replaced, and the brake will be reassembled using all new assembly hardware and factory original parts. The brake will be thoroughly tested and recertified to original specifications, and a one year warranty on all brake repairs is included.
