The Enrange Flex EX Series of pre-packaged, off the shelf radio control systems provides a standard cost effective solution to the restrictive use of hard-wired cabling.

They are used for controlling remotely operated overhead bridge crane controls, mobile hydraulic equipment, and other industrial machinery safely and effectively. These value packed systems are standard, complete systems that are available in several hand-held versions. The basic system comes complete with the following items: (2) hand-held remote control transmitters, (1) pre-wired radio receiver unit with six feet of cable, operator’s user manual, carrying straps and vinyl slip covers.

The systems come in 4, 8 and 12 button styles to meet all your applications. Indoor or outdoor, the IP66 rated receiver enclosure can provide you the confidence and protection in the harshest environments.

Flex 4EX Series

The Flex 4EX series remote control is the smallest hand-held controller for our Flex EX line. It is a small rugged unit used for material handling, mobile hydraulic, and industrial applications. The unit can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. The small transmitter size is durable with four buttons that are large enough for gloved operators. The buttons can be field setup to be either momentary or maintained functions. The additional features include a latching E-stop switch and removable key switch.

The Enrange Flex 8EX-MS is a configurable 8 button / 16 function radio remote control system which provides a standard cost effective solution to restrictive hard wired control cables. The system has a unique “mode shift”, and the mode status is visible on the transmitter’s LED lights. This system can be used for outdoor applications. The system comes with (2) eight button transmitters, (1) receiver unit, receiver mounting hardware, and manual. Other options include 12-24VDC, 24VAC receiver power voltages, transmitter rechargeable battery system, protective cases / rubber boot, and custom transmitter labeling.

Flex 8EX-RS
The Flex 8EX-RS has all the same features as our standard Flex 8EX transmitter, except it has special programming to select multiple receiver units at one time, allowing one transmitter to control multiple pieces of equipment. A good example is having independent or simultaneous control of four hoist units or winches with one RS transmitter. The unit can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. The transmitter is durable with eight buttons that are large enough for gloved operators. The additional features include a latching E-stop switch and removable key switch.

Flex 8EX-T
The Flex 8EX-T is used for the tandem control of two bridge cranes. This transmitter can operate two bridge cranes from one wireless controller. This allows one user to maximize the control and lifting power of two bridge cranes. It is a rugged unit used for material handling, overhead crane, hydraulic, and industrial applications. The unit can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. The transmitter is durable with seven buttons that are large enough for gloved operators. The buttons can be field setup to be either momentary or maintained functions. The additional features include a latching E-stop switch and removable key switch, and a selector switch for switching between two cranes. A 6-button version, the Flex 6EX-T, is also available, and offers two motions, two speed buttons and a selector switch that can control two trolley/hoists on a monoral. The 6EX-T is compatible with the Flex 4EX receiver (RXC-022).
